Hello i am going to study in canada and bringing my partner with my self but we are not going together and she will come after probebly 1 year . can we do that or she must come with me from the beginning?

On your application have you stated that your are common-law (meet definition and can prove common-law)? is so your partner can apply anytime for a visitor or spouse open work permit. Neither are guaranteed.
