I have come across many success stories where people passed the medical with Stage 2 CKD i.e >60 eGFR. In your case don't know the stage she is currently in with what eGFR and ACR etc. Moreover at first how did the genetic disease was diagnosed at first level. It would be beneficial to share this information to access the situation rightly.

It's hard for any of us to really answer that. It will depend on how IRCC has assessed her medical condition. If you get a PFL, then my recommendation will be to hire an immigration lawyer to help you with the response.
