Permanent resident renewal residency obligation requirements

Hello There ,

I need to renew my mother’s PR, she has pr from 2020 , now new PR renewal requirements have a residency obligation condition to show to 2 proof of evidences.

My mother lives in my care and doesn’t have bank accounts , employee stubs , bank statements , rental agreements ..etc

I have medical records of the visits with my family doctor , apart from this I don’t have anything else. She has 4 years of stay out of 5 years based on entry and exit stamps.

Please advise what I should I do in this case.

Just include two docs, whatever you have, and (in your case) a very short letter stating that she is elderly/doesn't work and hence not many other records. That should be enough.

Not until now , I am planning to file taxes and get NOA for last 5 years .. will this work if I file now ?
