Hello all,
I took my citizenship oath today..So finally, the lengthy painful and stressful process has been ended.....Following are my timelines:
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 12, 2011.
We started processing your application on March 20, 2012.
We sent you a notice on September 27, 2012 to appear and write the citizenship test on October 19, 2012
We sent you a notice on December 6, 2012 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on December 21, 2012 at 9:00 AM.

i was following posts in this forum for long time but never post in this topic. i just got my oath letter today and like to share it with you and hope you get too. here is my timeline :

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on July 15, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We started processing your application on February 22, 2012.
We sent you a notice on October 30, 2012 to appear and write the citizenship test on November 21, 2012 at 8:30 AM.
I got my oath letter in mail today for JAN 10.

Xmann, I don't see January 10 in the scheduled ceremonies for Mississauga. I guess they haven't updated the website.
