If the high commission feels that you need an interview, they will ask you to come in for one. If they are satisfied, and waive the interview, then they will simply send you a passport request and remedical request.

In the remedical request, you will find the phone number of a few IMO. I think IMO stands for Independant Medical Office, but I am not sure.

I think there is one IMO in Islamabad, one in Lahore and one in Karachi. You need to call them, and schedule an appointment. They will take care of everything after that. The IMO will tell you what to bring with you.

I would like to appreciate ur quickly reply first of all.
yes I emailed them 1st time in(feb.2012)they replied in 4 days and asked me to wait and file is in queue for intial review,then my wife(sponsor)made contact with MP and they emailed CHC in may2012 and asked for the application status,CHC reply was absolutely big lie and disaster as they said,currently files applied in march 2010 are in process,ur file was applied in (aug.2011) so it will be reviewed in coming months.it was a lie as they didnt mention about the cases are being processed and many are still in process applied in 2011.they didnt mention for 2011 cases to scare us.
anyway once again my wife requested MP to contact CHC as she was in huge trouble with health concerns due to caring our new baby boy alone. I think with knowing a critical situation of my wife they realise they should give us right information,MP emailed them 2nd time in (june 25,2012) to knw the status of my application.CHC then replied back within 6 mins. and said this xxxxxfile is in process and currently background checks are being conducted.
it made me a little bit happy that something is going on with my file.we are later advised from MP to sent additional documents to CHC if we think something is left to send.we assessed about my application and realised that marriage certificate was not stamped with appostile stamp,andoriginal identity card true translated copy was also not sent.so I sent these things with communication proof,this is only ( incoming/outgoing audio/video call &chat logs from yahoo msngr).
we were advised from MP not to wait from CHC to ask for documents as they might delay my case for 45days-6 months everytime they need to ask something.
25th june 2012,we got reply about background checks and today 14th Aug 2012. didnt hear anything from CHC.

This means that you should get your passport by the end of the week.

Better start calling the airlines right now to book a flight.

If you read the post, he recently received his remedical request, and passport request. His passport is with the Canadian High Commission, and after this point, his status just change to "Decision made" within the last 24 hours for this second stage.

This is very different from the "Decision made" status issued from Mississauga in the very initial stage.
