CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

From what I have read on this forum from senior members - depends on the visa officer - for husbands there are more detailed checks as compared to wives - but some visa officers will do the check before re-med but many will do the checks after medical results have been recieved (criminality/security will be showing not started on GCMS notes) - which is why it can take up to so many months to recieve PPR depending on the travel history and background.. same with people who recieve re-med and PPR even though CHC will already have the passport they do take however many months to give it back stamped depending on when the background checks are completed

thanks for the info....InshAllah it'll be simple for my wife, she hasn't travelled outside of PK, first time marriage for both us.

Once you sent the passport to the Visa office -- Does it say Decision Made on you E-CAse and then you get your passport or vice versa

yes same with my husband- he's never travelled out of country - lived at the same address since birth and first marriage for both of us also with no age difference.. let's see inshAllah we will get PPR very soon

I didn't do the first medical when I was submitting the application, but I did 8 months later and send it to CHC-I.

Will I get re-med?

Anyone have had the same experience...

Mmmmmm..... I think it's mean "send me money since ur in Canada".. I am not sure whether you do send money, if not than it's a signal...anywho just my input.... love the term Kanjoos....

This happens in long distance relationship! It could be both depending on the time and mood of the person.

Due to fasting it is hard to talk longer for us...

I understand it might cost him a lot to send flowers to Canada but I don't get the calling part. Calling Canada is pretty cheap with Ufone; my wife used to get 120 minutes for 200 ruppees only with Ufone when calling Canada. It could mean that either he is cheap or doesn't want to talk.

My Wife Received a call from CHC Islamabad Today and the Representative asked her to submit Original Marriage Certificate ( Not Nikah Nama). Let me cleat that all of you would not get confused. I belong to Ahmadiyya Community and our Marriages are registered at Our Marriage Section in Head Office. And they want a Certificate from that Marriage section that they already have all of the records for the Nikah Nama. Any Suggestions ?
