No one knows how applications are assessed but if the documents satisfy the visa officer, it should not be a problem.

I too have a similar problem. My employer has provided a letter stating my total stay in Canada with my current duties and salary but not having my roles and responsibilities for 3 years.

Not sure if this causes any issue.

Please Seniors, Any advice :(

No description of duties is going to cause you problems. Read the instructions on the checklist what the experience letter must contain.

Thanks PMM for your reply. But, my employer is saying that they will provide a letter with their standard format having

1. Dates of employment
2. Duration of employment
3. Current duties(roles and responsibilities)
4. Salary.
5. Benefits.
6. Number of hours worked per week.

Only this which is missing is my past duties and roles held. Is there any way I can substantiate this ?

I am having the letters which my employer has provided me during my work permit application to CIC and work permit renewal.

Would these letters help ?
