So I believe you're at the IP2 stage now.

Mine was updated yesterday including my medical passed too.

Hey guys,

I updated before, so I guess continuation:
AOR Oct 10
MEP Nov 6 or Nov 7
COPR Nov 13
My account Application updated for approved Nov 20
Waiting for my passport

I am in shock as well, I literally dropped my jaw. Inland applicant, CEC, with a spouse. Prepared all documents in advance.
Good luck to everyone, try not to think much about it !

AOR Oct. 25

My medical was submitted by the medical panel on Nov.3. I don't see any update on my account. I believe I am still at stage 1.

Do you guys have any idea when can I atleast expect my medical status change to 'Pass' ?

Generally, within first month. But, there is no such "timeline". So, don't worry. :)

No updates after getting AOR.

I have few basic queries:

what is meaning of CEC Inland/Outland ?

And how can I get to know visa office information where my application is being reviewed ?

Thanks in advance.

Inland would be an applicant applying from/currently residing in Canada, while Outland would be outside Canada.

I’ve heard people say that they called their customer helpline to find out their visa office. They’re probably other ways to find out though.

Hi all, hope you all are doing great.

I have a query if you all can help.
I have got my AOR on October 24 and got the MEP few days ago.
My stream is CEC-Inland. And my Post grad Work Permit is expiring on 3rd December, for which I have already applied a Bridge open work permit.
I recently got laid off as well. And getting a job opportunity back home for some time. As soon as the PR is approved, I will travel and look for work in Canada again.

So my questions are:
1) Is it possible to transfer my case from CEC- Inland to Outland if I travel now or am I stuck in this scenario until my PR decision is finalized?
2) For my Bridge open work permit, If I get it before my PPR, I can apply the TRV from back home. I have done this for my Post graduation work permit as well. I am just worried that they might reject the BOWP if I am not in Canada anymore. Could travelling be an issue?

It's a complicated situation. Please help if you can or know anyone is this situation.

Much appreciated. Thanks
