I am kind of in a similar situation and there are a lot more people in the same situation based on posts from few days ago.

No updates on GC Key after that.
New tracker:

• Medical: Complete
• Biometrics: Complete
• Eligibility: Not started
• Background Verification: Not started

One new thing I saw today on the tracker was, there is a new entry in the history with remark "We received your enquiry." on Feb 13.
Probably because of the call that I made that day.

Called IRCC on Feb 13.

• VO: Ottawa
• Criminality: Complete
• Eligibility & Backgorund Check: Not started

Same status but AOR 24 and medicals passed Dec 15

Do you happen to know around what time the GUs came for you? My 1st GU came around 11AM, still waiting for the 2nd now

My CIC still says BG in progress. After the GU. Has not returned back to We are processing.

GU for me is around 2 PM Pacific Time

Received portal credentials today exactly 24 hrs after replying to first portal email. I have a query regarding photo upload. It says to fit the head in the green circles and also to ensure chin touches the bottom of the circle. For my kid, I am not able to touch the chin to the bottom of the circle as it leads to ears getting cut. So, I ensured the level by which ears can be included, however the chin does not touch the circle bottom. The validation is successful. Should I go ahead and submit?

Got Copr for principal + 2 inland dependents today. Exactly 3 months from AOR

Have you tried calling IRCC or checking the new tracker. Nov 12 AOR, passed meds and bio on Nov 28, and I also thought there was no update in my file (as I was not getting any GUs) until I called IRCC. I was told when I called 2 weeks a go that criminality is passed and info sharing is in progress but eligibility and security are not started. then yesterday my tracker updated eligibility to In-progress and I called again and was told eligibility is now in progress and recommended passed, but security is still not started & info sharing is still in progress. Calling them or creating a profile in the tracker will help you get some answers and soothe some of your worries. Worry less, we will get ours soon as well!

VO was Sydney NS 1 day before portal email as per call Center(not sure if it was P or S). Portal email and copr shows Etobicoke.

How do you know your eligibility has not started? Did you call?
