Eligibility is the only thing left background check was completed on the 31 January

Agent said they have a backlog in Kitchener so i think it's slow.

Feels unbelievably surreal to say this, but I have just received eCoPR for both myself and Spouse.

Very very lucky to have our application processed in under 3 months. Very grateful but I wish to IRCC would get some sort of consistency! I wish the very best of luck to everyone!!

Good to know there are still alot of people waiting from November. Btw the security section is handled by RCMP, unfortunately I don't think there's any way to escalate with them

I've heard it means that your eligibility has gone through a first review and likely recommended passed. When it goes through a review by the 2nd officer & passes, it'll then change to completed
