Just to update you. Thanks God, I just done with my landing interview yesterday. It was very easy, the officer asked me basic questions and then give me the COPR for all of my family and tell me congratulations you become PR from today.
They asked me about, did you get convicted for a crime before? Did you get refusal to enter or asked to leave Canada before? Do you have other dependents other than the ones in my application? And the original date of entry to canda and if I cross border anytime?
Actually she asked me the questions written in COPR.

Hi All,

Application Submitted - 5th March
AOR - 5th March
Medicals Passed - 13th March

Status - Submitted
Background Check - "We will update you when we start your background check" (no change in this update, it's been 2 months already).

CIC customer service's response is not as expected, they sound like they do not want to provide the exact status.

Note: I'm already in Canada on WP

Any informational comments on this?
hey ...Same situation here. No updates after my medicals got approved within a week after i submitted my application on Mar 13th.

Chill out people. Y'all submitted your applications in March and haven't heard back and everybody is freaking out. People who submitted their applications in January and February also haven't heard back in a while, so get in line and be patient :)

Hello guys,

I believe everyone in this thread goes through CEC and I have a question related to CEC-Inland which is my current status.

I received my ITA on 11th April, and my current status is now on E-AOR (submitted all the document in last week).
I am wondering if it would be okay to quit my current job and move to a new job while my PR application is on process.
The reason because I do not really enjoy my current job due to a heavy workload which is affecting on my health condition in some negative way.

Does anyone go through similar experience and successfully get their PPR or PR card?
