Short answer: unfortunately you will not get the 50 points bonus, unless your employer gets a LMIA for you. PGWP is not LMIA-exempt.

That is very unfortunate news... can you post the "preview your score" screenshot to here? Obviously we won't know where it went wrong without your full forms, but that form contains too much personal and private info. The "preview your score" page does not contain any sensitive info (as far as I could recall), so feel free to post and let's see whether we could guess where it went wrong.

At the meantime, could you check the following info?
  1. Personal Details - Country of residence: did you put Canada?
  2. Contact Details - Mailing address: did you put Canadian address?
  3. IELTS/CELPIP - verify all scoring and test date (they expire 2 yrs after test date)
  4. Work history: you must have employment history that is:
    1. NOC code within 0,A,B groups
    2. more than 1 yr
    3. Country = Canada
    4. Working legally
    5. Not while studying full time
    6. Personal history should match education and work history
If all the above checks to be correct, then post the screenshot and hopefully we could help further.

PGWP are lmia exempted. exemption code C10 or so
your answer to lmia question should be NO
