Do I have Arranged Employment

I have a PGWP, and am filling this express entry application.

I have currently been working for 1 year now. When reviewing my CRS score, I have 0 points for "CRS - arranged employment" but I do have a job.
Can someone please tell me whether the answer is Yes or No ?

Also, I have 0 points for Canadian education even though I have studied here in Canada. Why?

And my biggest frustration is, I have no points for my "Valid Job Offer" even though I have a job, with a PGWP which is LMIA exempt.
therefore I answered "no" to these questions.
"Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?"
" Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? "

Is that correct?
Kindly assist me with this

The answer is "no". You do not have a valid job offer.

I didn't say that. I said you do not have a valid job offer, that is, you're not entitled to those points.

Because only LMIA exempt work permits that are employer specific (closed work permits) can qualify.

You're working on an open work permit.

so what am I supposed to do now?
As everyone else has explained, you need to answer "no" to the job offer question. If you want job offer points, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

I understand. Thank you everyone for being so kind to take the time and explain this to me.

Could someone kindly explain to me what the process is for my employer to obtain an LMIA?

So they need to advertise for the job again, even though I have already been working here for 1 year?

Yes.

And they need to make sure they meet the LMIA advertising requirements which involves advertising through at least three approved methods.

So you are saying that they need to re-advertise my job according to the LMIA requirements and then hire me again? it makes no sense :( a little frustrated here on the process. I have already been working for them for a year now!

Thank you scylla for your advise. Really appreciate it

Once again, yes - they need to re-advertise the job. Yes - this does make sense if you understand the purpose of an LMIA. Advertising is required to prove no Canadian could be found for the job and the employer therefore has to hire a foreign worker rather than hiring someone out of the Canadian talent pool. Your employer must advertise for at least 4 weeks in at least three places that are allowed by the LMIA process. Have you read through the LMIA link I provided above? All of the requirements are listed there in detail.
