yes, either our applications where choosen for enhanced security screening or additional verification. It can also be just assigned to some inactive officers.
If applications from Nov are getting portal email, I guess is that we are not in the normal processing stream anymore.

Have you requested GCMS notes? it should give reasons for the delay. However, GCMS are also delayed - applied 30 days back and haven't received it yet.

Yes, I appied twice. Last week and again this, but I didn't get anything other than the immediate mail with temporary reference number. It said that after the request is registered I will get a new number, which I haven't got yet. So I doubt if this will ever work.

There is no way you can create an account there, it's just misleading information given above.

You can create an account. however, for ATIP requests it says that ATIP is a legacy application and can't be tracked using the ATIP account created.

I linked my application through IRCC portal by choosing PR card option.

It says my card was mailed on 8th February.

PR Confirmation e-mail - Jan 13th, 2023 (replied same day)
Email with PR Portal credentials - Jan 18th, 2023
Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - Jan 18th, 2023
eCoPR generation date - Jan 21st, 2023
PR Card received - Feb 28th, 2023
VO - Etobicoke
