Did you call IRCC and thats when the file kept moving forward? I got my ITA in March-2022 and cleared biometrics in july-2022. Since then i dont ahve any updates. Raised webform but no response. Any inputs will ve highly valuable.

Don't think the call helped the processing. It just gives your the current status of your application

Is the update provided on call not same as the one available online on IRCC website with your GC key login?

I am not sure because I applied for GCMS notes twice but never got them. My portal email and CoPR were both from Etobicoke.

I applied for BOWP on September 11th (2022) and I got the work permit approval on February 3rd (2023).

Great, so you got your portal email in less than a month after BOWP.
I got my BOWP approval today, so probably should get the portal email soon.

Has some tried using the new status tracker : https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register ,can this be used by the principal applicant or the representative? I couldn't create one as it says information doesn't matches - IM5476
