I got a ghost update, medical changed from passed to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

Anyone ever had an experience as an inland CEC applicant where CIC's call center automated status check can not find your application on record?
I pressed zero and spoke to a representative afterwards who told me that from her end she is seeing my application and there is nothing on file that gives a reason for me not to access my application through their automated service. Strange eh?
The good thing is that they now have a new completion date attached and I can still see the status and my online application.

First GCMS notes: November 11- didn't come until February 2019
ADR: May 16th 2019- Original certificate & Imm 5562 & Imm 5669
Re-Medicals for dependent not in Canada: May 21st
PPR: 4th June 2019, 7:54 pm
VO: CPC-Ottawa

I cannot see such update in my online account about new completion date. Could you please tell where can I find this? Thanks

The new completion date is in relation to my application. the status bar had originally showed September 19 2018 - March 19 2019. It went to review required. When I recently called CIC they said my new completion date is on or before October 16, 2019.

Mine hadn’t run out. However the cic agent told me it was undergoing a review, since it was almost a year. That was on May 29th.
Changed to ‘passed’ May 31st. Got pr June 4th
