I'm concerned because mine isn't a recommended pass. I'm pretty sure I'll get refused. People are also saying you can get stuck at under review for months

I don't think there is any cause for worry. I think they are just slow with CEC, taking time because PPR is a given

No, my eligibility has been looked at and is now being reviewed by someone else. This process can take 10 months according to what I've been reading.

i hv same situations as urs. I completed 6 months since AOR. Stuck at eligiblity.

CEC Inland is not moving. Even from ImmiTracker you can see the ridiculous speed.
The verification, eligibility and other checks should be the easiest- one would think- but it seems our files have been forgotten.
