Hey, if you are in Canada CEC July 2018 and having problems with your updates, say, everything is silent, this is another option.
It's not much, but at least it made me know where they are.
So I was told to contact my MP's office- i called them and they were super helpful. They helped me contact cic to know what is happening.

aor- July 11th
Still not heard much, but in IP2

So this was their response,

“Good day Kazi,

· The CPC-Ottawa office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent and their family members (if applicable) meet the eligibility requirements under the class for which they have applied.

· The medical examination results for ---------- are on file and valid until July 7, 2019.(my dependant)

· The medical examination results for -------- are on file and valid until June 2, 2019. (me)

· The criminality verifications are in process.

Hi Mshar,

Unfortunately I don't know how it works in other provinces besides Ontario, and I wouldn't want to misinform you.

My apologies,

My apologies, did not see this soon enough.
You should call the Hamilton Mountain, because technically, they represent you, and they respond to them within 2 days.

I hope you get some positive answers. it's usually not much. Just clarity.

I hv completed 6 months so far. No updates after i passed medical. I told my consultant for a follow up with cic as i passed the normal processing time. He said that normal processing time is 12 months. i was like r u kidding me? He dnt care what I am going through. He is not going to help i know. I hv to do something. what u guys suggest?
Hi!
In my opinion, you should call CIC by yourself and ask for your status. Tell them that it has been more than 6 months. They have to do it something. I have called them several times and they always tell me that if my applications takes more than 6 months, they have to escalate your application.

Regards,
Javier
