My BOWP was approved today so I am just going to use that until I leave for France and I will do the landing with my COPR when I get back

Medical passed
Background in review then not needed

I just got my GCMS note.
In there agent has noted that "Canadian Educational Credential on file, credential reviewed; Canadian institution recognized; Credential is NOT consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE eligibility. Credential appears to be two year post secondary while pa has indicated bachelor's or 3 year post secondary"

I was in school for 3 years for this program. i dont know what to do!! do you think is my file is about to be rejected?

Send them a CSE explaining your intention, Happened on my file as well. I sent a CSE and things went well.

Hi What was your situation, did they assume your 3yr education for 2 year too? Please give me details on how you fixed it, i am kinda freaking out.

Never been to this thread before as I was pretty much sure would get ppr while being an inland but . anyway my wp is expiring in August and I'm planning on waiting for my pr from my home county. So defiantly I ll be a cec Outland. Do I have to show the funds when me and my wife Will land in Canada ? Is there any difference in any rules for inlands cec and Outland cec ? Any comments are appreciated .

You will only need to meet the settlement fund requirement if it applies to the program you are invited to apply under.

If you are invited to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or Federal Skilled Trades Program, you will need to show that you meet the settlement funds requirement unless you:

are currently authorized to work in Canada, and
have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada.

Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

I believe you can still apply for BOWP with your first AOR, however you should have 3 months for your WP to expire. You can also apply for extension of WP and get into implied status.

A person is in implied status if he submits an application for the extension of his PGWP before his original PGWP expire. The experience gained during this stage is counted and recognized by CIC and you can work legally in this status as long as there is no decision is made on your application. Once the decision is made, and you will be rejected- not a issue, you will have another 90 days to apply for visitor's or go back if you want to.. So, overall you can extend your stay well enough for 90 days approx after your WP expires.

That is no longer a requirement in Express entry. It was some time late last year (2105) when CIC announced that now you can submit BOWP application EVEN at the same time as your PR application if going in express entry.

So any one who has already applied for PR can definitely submit BOWP app. They might delay processing it until eligibility is met, but you would be under implied status.

Bottom line, no need to go out of Canada.

Update: It would be some effort to look the original reference, but the following should help

On December 1, 2015, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released a program delivery update (PDU) informing that certain Express Entry PR applicants can submit a BOWP application immediately after submitting the electronic application for permanent residence (e-APR). Following the submission of the e-APR, IRCC will automatically generate an initial Acknowledgement of Receipt letter which simply confirms that the application has been received, and a file number created. It is no longer required that applicants wait until they receive a second Acknowledgement of Receipt letter from IRCC, which confirmed that a determination with regards to an R10 completeness check had been made.
