I need help with my CEC and WP.sorry about my English if u guys cant really understand what im talking about....
We already send CEC application on Aug.
My SP and My husband‘s WP expired on 31 Aug.
I got my new SP last week（2013.09.20-2014.07.31）, and our agent send a LMO-PENDING before my husband's WP expired,so he is under the implied status right now.
Because my husband has a illegal work exp（work under visitor record on2011.12-2012.7）in his work period（2011.09-2011.11 & 2012.08-now he work with OWP，same company same position）.So I think if VO challenge him in this point,this case will be...
prepare for the worst,I have some questions as following：
1. what is LMO PENDING ? How long will be take to make the decision from CIC？ around 2 months？
2. If we apply a sponsorship WP with my SP， It should be expired on 2014.07.31， same as my SP。 When we get AOR from CIC on Oct， can we submit a BOWP with this sponsorship WP immediately， or we have to wait until Mar 2014（4 months before WP expire）？
3.If we need to wait until Mar 2014， it’s 7 month later from the CEC received， can we get a BOWP for 1 year？ or only few months？
4.If our CEC get refusing because my husband‘s illegal work Exp， can we submit again? Because I know that there will be a BAD record in CIC's system.
5.If our case fail，is the BOWP still effective？
