2011.11.25 WP expired
2011.11.26 applying visitor record
2012.01.11 visitor record
2012.06 applying WP
2012.08.28-2013.08.31 WP
work exp under WP: 2011.09-2011.11,3 months
2012.08-2013.08, 11 months

I worked under Visitor Record from 2011.12 to 2012.6, and I already did the tax return, therefore I cannot avoid letting VO know about there is a period I worked without authorization.
My lawyer told me that if I had 1 year work experience without this 6 months, It should be ok.
I am so worried, can anyone tell me how I could solve this?

You can't. Don't work illegally in the future.

Shouldnot have paid taxes on it :D

but yea if you could get your employer to write that your salary was more ,so that that tax that you paid for unauthorised period is accomodated in the authorized period because on T4 it only shows your annual salary and not salary by month....That way you could avoid unauthorized period....(I am only guessing there might be other loopholes in doing so which i dont see) But yea thats probably what i would think of.

And your employer should be ready to do that because he gets into problem too if he had employed you for unauthorized period ;)

And yes CIC does not communicate with CRA as far as I know so they wouldnt really inquire if your employer paid for your per month or what....
And if they do then it might be a problem :D
