I have a 1-year of Remote work experience from my home country which I worked remotely from Canada dates as follow:-
Study started in Canada - 15 Jan 2022
Ended- 05 Sept 2022
Remote job started - 20 Sept 2022 to 19 Sept 2023
Work permit applied and got implied status- 1 Oct 2022
I have worked for two jobs in Canada while I was doing my remote job , now I know we cannot claim the points for the 2- Canada jobs as I want to claim the foreign work experience which I was gaining remotely.
But only confusion is the time from 20 Sept 2022 when my studies were ended in Canada and I started working remotely and I applied my work permit on 1 Oct 2022 for that time when I was technically on study permit and my studies were ended will that time frame for my remote job in another country be eligible to claim points ??
From 20 Sept 2022 to 1 Oct 2022 remote experience in another country from Canada. Where I was on study permit technically as I haven’t applied my work permit in this period.
I applied my work permit on 1 Oct 2022.
