I called IRCC agent today as there was no update on my profile. The agent told me she saw a note: "passed (as) candidate" and also told me that she sent a note to the office to update my UCI. I am guessing that my R10 is unofficially passed and the UCI would be updated at a later date, like when MEP is passed as seen from other people.

Edit: did some research, passed candidate status has nothing to do with r10 completed, it is just a system note, not an officer/visa agent note.

Do we need Register for a new account to pay the fees?
And where exactly do we need to upload the Payment Receipt on the IRCC account? - Found this

I payed the fees and uploaded the Payment receipt yesterday 10/10 around afternoon MT.
I got the BIL today 10/11 early morning MT.

Yes i got an appointment for 10/12.
Post providing the Biometrics, the GC Key got updated on 10/12 saying that the Biometrics is completed on 10/12.

I heard from others that it gets done within a day or two. Might vary from case to case as well.
