Where is the processing center for your application? Did you get any Ghost Update in the past?
, timeline is:
Aor july 29th
Everything passed since November 18th .
CEC inland 4 dependants .
File transferred from Edmonton to Vancouver VO .
Called IRCC this week the agent confirmed that i passed all stages and told me that it was transferred due to overload...and that i should recieve a landing interview soon .
Nearly 5 months of waiting time .
What i dont understand what are they waiting to issue the letter if my application is complete ????

Same boat, my AOR is Aug 1, everything is passed. I do not understand too. For some people takes only 70 days to process, but for some bad luck guys like us is taking almost 6 months... It's unfair... My employer is asking me about my PR, I'm freaking out..
It is unbelievable you passed everything means the next step you get approved but is not the case ? Isn't crazy

I've just called IRCC
same status as I had on September
CEC Inland
AOR Aug 9th
- Medicals PASSED
- Criminality PASSED
- Eligibility RECOMMEND PASS
- Security NOT STARTED
the lady told me everything looked good on my application, and there was nothing to worry about... recommended pass means it's all good but an officer needs to approve. I asked about other people getting their PRs before us and she said it's normal.
I asked her if there's something I would do to speed up the process and she said I provided everything it needed... if there's no news by mid Feb I would call again.
Finally I asked about the office... why my file was still at Sydney and others weren't.. she told me our files will be transferred to another office responsible to issue the COPR.
so yeah guys... let's wait for some good news soon.

Landing Interview completed 28 January, 2020
Took exactly 5 minutes from the minute I walked in. Office: CIC Calgary.
Received CoPR and was told PR card should be in my mail withing 30 days.
Was a fun ride all things considered. See you in two years when applying for citizenship!
