I recieved MEP today. (June-07)

AOR: April 25
MEP: June 07
ADR: June 07 (for passport, India police certificate, Child Birth Certificate) - Looks like Agent could not download them due to some issue and asked me to upload again.

My friend working in NOC B job, got IELTS band reading 6, writing 5.5, speaking 7, listening 7.5..
Got only 5.5 in writing.
Is it eligible to drop for express entry .!!
Please suggest.

Is review of eligibility before "Medicals passed"?
Its been more than 2 months since AOR but no updates.
