Hey guys,

Can someone suggest on Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) of foreign educational credentials,

Which approved assessment agency is preferred:

A) Comparative Education Service (University of Toronto)

B) International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS)

C) World Education Services - Canada

Thanks

If we apply for EE with our spouse, do they need to have educational credentials done in order to be able to get points for education?

I think they have mistake.

For: CRS – Skill transferability factors

I have master degree, meaning I have 4 years bachelor and 1 years masters degree.

According to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp I should get 25 or 50 points depending on my IELTS skills.
On their website when I choose that I have Masters degree they only give me 13 points.

Because if you have masters degree this should apply:

"Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (levels 6,7 & 8)"

Please correct me if I am wrong

What did you select for "In addition to the certificate selected above, have you completed a 2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate?"
Yes or No ??

By selecting Yes, you are confirming that you have Bachelors. I got 25 as expected.

By the way, did WES or any other assess one year master degree equivalent to Canadian masters ??
