Oh man! Vancouver VO is definitely slower than Ottawa VO. As per the pattern, eligibility is 'Recommended pass' for First and Second weeks' Sep 2020 AOR folks. Good luck with your application!

Here are the results.
AOR:- 24th September.
VO:- Winnipeg
Medicals Passed:- November 9th
Biometrics Request:- November 12th
Biometrics Given:- December 2nd
Background Check Completed:- January 21st
Eligibility Reviewed:- February 10th
Application Approved :- February 10th
COPR DOCUMENT NUMBER IS ALSO GIVEN IN MY CIC ACCOUNT

Everyone waiting for their approval hang in there, it will come soon!!!

Did you get any updates after medical passed.

Actually, my AOR is 6 Oct 2020. And I have no update since medical passed on 17th Nov 2020.
I called IRCC and they told me only criminality has been passed. Nothing started except criminality

I guess you will have to wait may be next week try calling them. Like for us we didn't have any since medical and bio around November and February 5th most of the first 2 weeks of September had there eligibility either passed or recommended pass or in progress. So guess you will soon get to here.

Just my guess based on timelines I observed.,
Sept 11 - 18 --> we may start seeing updates in Feb 15 - 19
Sept 19 - 30 --> Feb 22 - 26

Hopefully they will complete all Sept AORs - eligibility before this month end.

Try calling them next week. You should have an update related to Eligibility. Call them around Wednesday. Let us know.

Same as your status and my aor is 12 September. I called IRCC on 3rd feb.
