Spouse ECA was not for immigration purposes. It took me 5 minutes and costed $30 to apply for another ECA and the real cost in terms on IRCC reapplication is 4 months and a lot of work again

Yeah true, even I saw that one. Really surprising how come only for those 2 all steps are cleared and decision has been made, while for rest (almost same AOR) most of the steps are not cleared ?
Today I contacted cic , they said everything is passed and a decision has been made and told to wait for the correspondence mail. What does it mean?

I believe every application is having randomly varying timelines.
I called up IRCC and it seems nothing has progressed since the last GCMS notes dated from a month back.

Background- Not Started (Agent specifically mentioned that this will start right away when Criminality is Completed)
Additional documents- Not required
Agent couldn't clarify what the GU was about.
I believe either some factors like certain NOC codes/Job offer might speed up application processing, or, we are trying to justify a completely random process.
