My security is not started for 7 weeks. Inland for 3 years now.

Got a ghost update on Sunday. Will give IRCC a call tomorrow. (No, it’s not from website glitch)

previous status:
Eligibility recommend pass
Security not started
ADR is not NA yet so I don’t know what happened

How do you say it's not a glitch, especially the Sundays?

1) Some people get their COPR during weekends. Or maybe they update the system record during weekends. Either way, weekend update is possible.
2) Usually the website glitch happens when the website is down. I’ve seen that and it’s not what happened today.

I’m not ruling out it’s a glitch. Just saying it’s less likely based on my experience.

Below are my timeline. It took total 5.5 Months to get the COPR.

Location: ON
NOC: 2171
VO: Edmonton
ITA: October 15, 2020
AOR: November 25, 2020
BIL: Jan 12, 2020
MEP: Jan 12, 2020
Biometrics Appointment/Completed: Jan 13, 2020
1st Ghost Update: Apr 12, 2020 (Called IRCC on 13th Apr and Agent confirmed Eligibility: Recommended Pass and Criminality: Pass)
2nd Ghost Update: May 5, 2020 (Called IRCC on Same day and Agent confirmed Eligibility: Pass, Criminality: Pass, Security: Pass but Agent is not ready to provide any other info and told it will take more time to make decision)
Final Call to Agent: May 6, 2020 (Agent confirmed application is approved and told if I don’t receive the COPR End of May call them again).
