For me I sent them twice - one in morning and one in evening and got credentials after 2nd time I sent.

Yesterday my additiona documents review became not applicable.wat does it mean?wat I can assume as they are not telling anything on phn , not replying we form and even did not get any gcms which I requested in sep.

Maybe your eligibility passed. Try to call them and ask what was the update. There are still some nice agents who will give us update.
