How can you find the date when it was last touched. I have the GCMS response.

Hi guys, I just got my very first ghost update on 22 September I believe.
My case hasn't been updated since 10 March 2021.
I will keep you guys updated if I have any news regarding my application.
Inland no dependent , don't know which visa office.
Asked for GCMS on 8 September

Med Exam 17 Feb - Passed
Biometrics 23 Feb - Completed

I mean where exactly in GCMS, I tried to find but not able to locate the date when they last touched it.
It mentioned on first page .created date n updated date.update date is the day when they touched it file.
I am feb 19 aor no one touched file after medical and biometrics. Ordered gcms and more than 40 days still did not receive
I can feel ur pain .I don’t know how they process applications .there are few lucky ones who are getting copr.we ll get it soon too.no worries.mine even biometric is received but not updated .
