The thing is name of my parents in their passport dont match with the names on last page of my passport.
what can be done in this case?

Make an affidavit of one and the same name .attach with ur application.if its same on ur all documents thn no need as u r not attaching their password anywhere .
 
Received GCMS notes (exactly 30 days:)) - shows everything is passed and final decision - approved. Also could see COPR details (I hope it is a good sign)...shows that they started creating my COPR on August 31 so lets see how long will it take them to send email now....oh and shows file trsnefed to Etobicoke now

Hi Mew, i just noticed i had ordered from the same website but i haven't received notes yet and it's been almost 2 months. Can you please share what was written in the subject line...i just want to search my email in case it went to spam
