All visa offices other than Ottawa and Etobicoke are messed up. I still wonder when Ontario had too much workforce at IRCC office then why did they send files of Ontario applicants to Vancouver and Montreal.
I not cant even ask if my all stages are passed. During my last call the agent asked me to refrain from calling them again

We both are in the same boat. My aor is 19 feb
And medical passed-03 March but got 0 updates after medical.
called several times to ircc but every time it’s the same “in process”
Just got my PR portal email today and submitted my photos all within a day's work. Thanks for all the support everyone, I hope everyone get their golden email soon!
My Timeline is basically no GU at all. Called them multiple times all with the same- nothing started. And all of the sudden it is all passed and portal email came in.

How long after you called and confirmed all stages passed did you receive your portal email? Was few days or weeks after?
I don’t know y they are taking too much time to finalize our applications.

According to this week's update they are finalizing applications received between Jan 24 and 30th, 2021
Last week it was Jan 6th to 12th or something. So did they skip over everyone else in between and am I of the Jan 17th AOR getting another gut punch from the IRCC
