I need an urgent answer, I got my draw through cec and i already submitted all the required documents. I am on PGWP and I want to quit my job. I also have pr support LMIA which means I got 50 points in express entry because of that. it's not a bonded lmia or on a closed work permit. I am sure i can leave my job but i want to get a professional advice before i go forward with this, please let me know.

I am not an expert but I believe you will need to stay at your current job as long as you claimed 50 points lmia. I know that IRCC has a requirement for the LMIA applicants to be employed for at least an year after PR is approved. I am not on LMIA myself and this is just my knowledge. It would be best to consult a real lawyer or legal consultant before leaving your current job.

I just call ircc and get information like background check info sharing eligibility security check everything is passed and only criminality is in process vo is Ottawa

Hi all, checked my profile today (Sunday here) and I saw that the Status became "Application updated" then refreshing it went back to "Submitted". I know this is a Ghost Update, but is this indicative of anything? Is this GU #1 or GU #2 or just a usual glitch? Didn't get any email so I'm guessing this isn't the Real IP1 yet?
Could anyone answer this, while submitting my application, I submitted online report of celpip test which I received after 4 days (the one found in the celpip account), but some are saying that I made a mistake as it should be a scanned hard copy, which is only received after request.
I'm applying for PR, i can get PCC from my local police station as i have lived at same address for last 15 years India before moving to Canada in 2019. If i get a Canadian PCC and an Indian one from local police station (not from PSK or BLS) as police station will issue it quicker. Will it work for PR?
