Does anybody know whether IRCC is prioritizing inland applications? I guess that could be the reason why some applications are being processed faster

IRCC is prioritizing CEC applications.

You can also check immitracker to get a sense of how fast IRCC are approving applications. Just use the filter and sort functions on the site to search for specific apps.

Do they do eligibility before medical?

Usually after. But since my medical went to additional medical tests, they do apparently start other things

I got ITA on 7th January 2021 draw and submitted my applicaion on 11th January 2021 as I already had all the documents ready hence was able to submit quickly, I received AOR on the same date 11th January.

Same with me...Jan 7 ITA and Jan 11 Submission i already have biometrics from my WP application so just waiting for the COPR hopefully soon
