I checked MyImmiTracker and they have started issuing BIL/MEP to candidates with AOR after January 20, 2021. So, you should be getting it soon, not later than next week.

Hopefully. How did you get your Fingerprints done? did you email RCMP?

I submitted RCMP PCC upfront.

You don’t need to contact RCMP. You can just book an appointment with RCMP Accredited Fingerprint Service Centre, they take your fingerprints and photo. RCMP will mail you the PCC and you will receive it in approximately 10 days.
