I am from Québec, CEC applicant, have no clue if I need to provide proof that I will be leaving Québec to settle down in Ontario. Anyone has details on this isse? Thanks

Based on what I have seen here, it is a must to provide any piece of proof you can get to show your intention to settle out of Quebec. Try to do that while submitting your file do not wait for them to ask. A lease outside Quebec, Job offer, a strong Intention letter as a sworn oath signed by a notary. Idea is as much as you can prove your intention to leave Quebec do it.

GCMS requested: April 1, 2021 -- in the GCMS notes it says "Requested date: 4/14/2021"

1. What does "Review Required - Pending outstanding PC - Stat Questions" mean? I'm guessing it's because they're pending the RCMP stuff? What does "Stat Questions" refer to?
2. I already submitted my RCMP last March 3rd. Does this mean they haven't checked this yet?
3. When's the best time to get the notes again, 6 months after Jan 19?

The progress bar was removed as it isn't reflect the true application review time. I think we all got an email about it, so you may want to double check your inbox then. You can call RCIC, or raise webform/order GCMS note to know more about your application progress. I hope this helps.
