You can try calling them and ask for update, i did call them yesterday they said everything is passed and looks good and then later i got email!!

I called IRCC today and I was told my file moved to RROC on 28th June. Can someone comment who got approval from RROC? My Criminality and Security are stuck on 'Not started' for almost a month, Eligibility passed- 4th June, AOR- 7th April

Any idea how long do I need to wait? Agent said file is moved to RROC only when everything looks good with the file. I see people from May AOR getting portal emails. I am still stuck with not started status for a month now, no change in status on other things

Interesting, so it seems RROC receives good looking files and they supposed to process them fast. You should consider yourself lucky to be processed in RROC or not? I saw people stuck in this VO. I dont understand what to think, my file is also there but I dont feel I am lucky.

I applied for Express Entry - CEC. My info is as follows:

-AOR April 2, 2021
-Medical passed April 16, 2021 (upfront)
-Biometrics completed May 10, 2021
-Additional documents review started June 23, 2021 (asked for divorce certificate)

Eligibility and background check are still in progress. I understand that this wont changed until final decision.

Hi guys, I just got an email from Permanent Resident Confirmation Portal. The email mentions of an attached pdf to fill however there is no pdf attached in the email. There is no information on the email. Has anyone got an email without the pdf?

CIC account says just medical passed. No other update on the account.

Tried calling them on the phone for some time now but they are not able to transfer me to an agent.

Did I need to submit Rcmp certificate for my spouse as she never came or landed in canada only she holds the spouse visa due to travel restriction she didn't came.
Already raise a webform about it let's see what they will reply .

Thanks alot. So, after reading your post now I know my background check is going on. Otherwise I was confused about progress of my application.

Looks like only single applicants are getting approved this time around. I guess for those with dependants like us just have your hopes high and wait for a suprise!
