How to contact an agent when we call them? I tried a couple of times but not able to figured out option to talk with real person.

You select the options where it leads to your application status and automatic response will read all the information on your CIC account and after listening to this you have to select option "0" to call to the agent. I hope it helps. but try to call exact at 8am otherwise your call to the agent will not be transferred.

Biometric: Taken as-is from WP
Other Stages: No update in online account (as usual), haven't got connected to an IRCC agent whenever tried, ordered GCMS notes which are yet to be received.
