Can someone help me please! I try to pay my fee for citizenship, but I have to sign in. I did my application by paper not online. Now, they doesn't take my password, and I can't reset it, because the email to put in a code doesn't reach me. Is there no way to delete this old account, which I used years ago for the PR card?
