Canadian PR on (AIPP)

How are you all folks
I am new to this group and have some queries regarding Canada immigration
Have already started my process through Dubai consultant.Through CMS Continental Migration services consultancy.
They have persuaded me to take this opportunity to apply for Canada PR and they will make me as primary applicant.
But I know from other sources that for primary applicant you need to have job, bank account, and work experience.
Can somebody please advise lf I am eligible to fall for this CanadaPR
