Hi, I am primary applicant and an Indian citizen landed in Canada in June 2025. I have to go back to my home country for work. I was issued my PR CARD but never revived via post. I have already reapplied for missing PR CARD. I need to come back to Canada and I don’t have my PR CARD. I read that I can re enter in Canada via land border with my COPR(I DO NOT HAVE ECOPR). As I understood land border entry is only allowed with e copr. I am confused wheather I can reenter from USA land border with my copr whereas I don’t have any other photo Id issued in Canada but I have Indian passport, Canadian bank account and health card.

No issue entering via land border with COPR or other proof that you are a PR. If you only landed in June and have already spent time abroad you may not have qualified for provincial healthcare. If you are not compliant with the residency requirements to qualify for provincial healthcare in your province you must reapply for a new health card when you return to Canada. If you do not meet the residency requirement you could be asked to repay any of the healthcare you used.
