My application reached at CIO on 1st Dec 2014.

Will my application be in the cap limit?

U will be in the cap , chances are bright Dear , Probably u will hear in between 1st to mid feb from CIC

Hi Aditya, not sure where adnan2014 got his info but i do not agree with it.

According to me you should be safely in the cap. Presently on the CIC website: 493 + 222 = 715 app (as of November 19, 2014).

We have received more than 1000 complete applications in this subcategory.

Please correct me, if i am wrong....

You read the footnote # 2 correctly but it is valid in case the second column says YES against the NOC.

My Application was received on 15th Oct and My CC was charged on 12/19 .

I want to update the spreadsheet. When I went to update it, It is asking to fill out the information. My question is that, If I again fill in the same information in the form, would it duplicate the information?

I am a Network Engineer and have job duties similar as mentioned in the NOC(2281), but my some of the job duties also describing duties of data communication specialist and for that I have already applied for Nova Scotia under NOC2147, but till did n't heard anything from NSOI, so can anyone please suggest what to do write now, ?

U can apply for SINP immigration it will start by 2nd Jan ( 2281 Code is present in SINP NOC list )
