Please help me out I am in Big trouble.

I am a Network Technician lagging behind by 1 point. Sad Please give me your valuable suggestions to score 1 more point.

Age:- 28 years 12
exp:- 4+ years 13
edu:- Btech 21
Ielts:-
L8 6
R7 6
W6 4
S6 4

WES/ECA ALREADY DONE. PLS PLS GIVE YOUR SUGGESTIONS.

I have send my Ielts result for re-evaluation. But it will take near about 8 weeks and will be in my hand by January Last.

Please help me in what options I have left.???

There is nothing much you can do for ECA and Age.

As you have already sent a request for IELTS, we will have to wait for that but i HIGHLY doubt whether the CAP for 2281 will still be available by Jan end.

Have you included ALL your previous work experiences for the past 10 years ? Just so you know - ALL skills mentioned under the 50 eligible NOCs and Skill Types 0/A/B are eligible for points.

If all fails - you have to look to score from Adaptability or Spouse IELTS (if applicable).

In starting deadline for submission of application was April 2015.

There is no such clear cut instruction that FSW itself will be discontinued after Dec 31st 2014.

If there is - I would welcome for people to point me to official CIC notifications or ministerial instructions that suggest otherwise.

Until then, I would recommend you continue with your application and follow CIC's future instructions closely.

As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

This is mentioned in the CIC website. I guess due to express entry program they will stop accepting after December, below is the link:

Base on October applicants post, latest charge for NOC 2281 was last December 14 using CC, Oct 1 applicant (username evenme). Good luck and keep the faith!
