my husband give up his usa citizen ship from usa 4 years ago for the charges of conspiracy of bank fraud, currently my 2 children are us citizen and i have resident card and we are living in pakistan.
i want to know if i move to canada with my kids and after i get canadian resident card or canadian passport can i able to sponsor my husband or not?
 
It's difficult to answer your question.

If you decide to apply to immigrate to Canada, you would include your husband in your application so that all of you can receive permanent residency together. It's difficult to say how difficult the process will be for your husband. The fact he was charged in the US will definitely impact his application to Canada and depending on when the crime occurred, it may still be many years before he will be allowed to immigrate to Canada. If his crimes are serious enough, there's also some possibility he may never be allowed to immigrate to Canada.
