Can I submit partial documents

It doesn't matter as long as you submit by IRCC's deadline. Though I would submit everything together if I were in your shoes, assuming you can meet the deadline. If you can't meet the deadline make sure you inform IRCC, and submit whatever you have before the deadline.

That's the problem some of the documents I won't be able to submit by the deadline. I have submitted a web form for that. And so wanted to check how to submit the documents I have before the deadline.

I send submitted the documents in email with a detailed explanation, Hope things would be fine.
