No, info will be till the date its printed

From my experience, the ATIP report provides details as of the date the report was requested but its sent to candidates after 30 days.

In other words, you get a month old report. I found its quite weird but again, what's not weird about the CIC's work style ? ;D

Got my ATIP today, does not make sense to me....there is soooo much details on it, from look of it seems like my file is in transit.

Akheya, how long did it take exactely to receive your ATIP. I did order mine Aug 27th and still did not get it.

Did anyone else notice the years in ATIP for example secondary office created is out of whack, mine says 2010. Same with alotta other fields.

I ordered my ATIP on August 25th, Got the report today.
22 pages of obscure gibberish.

I hope some people here can help me out

Question 1: Created by: JP7653
Is that an internal code for particular immigration officer ? cause on every stage new person is creating or updating information.
Question 2: Responsible office: St. Clair CIC
Jurisdiction: Mississauga

Does this mean that ST. Clair is my new primary office ? I've passed the test on June 3rd in Mississauga (I live in Toronto tho)
Question 3: Regarding the notes:
Note 1: 2015/09/01 ATIP report requested
Note 2: 2015/08/27 Requested case specific info from MP (That's when my MP called them to check with my application)
Note 3: 2015/07/23
Responsible office: St. Clair CIC
Description: File received from Mississauga CIC. (mc)

What does the third note means ?

Question 4: FOSS expiration date 2015/11/29
RCMP expiration date 2016/01/05

What if I don't get my Oath invitation by this dates, would they need to request Criminal check and whatever FOSS is again ?

I think they do it on purpose to send the Atip the last day of the 30 days. I did not see anyone on this forum who got them in less than 30 days... pathetic.

I ordered mine on Aug 26th, I guess I ll get my report tomorrow...

So they put a note on the file when we request an ATIP !!!

Yes They do

To be a bit more clear it will not be added into the Citizenship file but in the ATIP notes you can see for Incoming dates of when you ordered the ATIP and outgoing when they sent the email out.

1) Yes that is the code for the immigration officer who accesses your file to either modify entries or make new entries.

2) The ATIP usually breaks it down as Primary Office and Secondary Office so if the Office Responsible is mentioned under Primary then yes your case will now be handled by the St Clair office.

3) Note 3 to me seems like your file was transferred from the Mississauga Office to the St Clair Office.

4) Yes if you do not get OATH by the mentioned dates they will request a new criminal background check on their end.

A recurring question I guess: does tequesting your ATIP (electronic file, physical file, citizenship file, immigration file) affect in any way your citizenship application?
