What about after work?
The answer is still No.

Basically, from a visa perspective, what you intend to do is to employ your mom + you want your mom to stay long-term with you. This is not allowed on a visitor visa/TRV because it is considered as working illegally + she must visit for a short stay

No dear
I think you misunderstood me
I am asking what about after me fi ding a job ?
Can i bring her for a long stay?
And before I find a job? No chance even for short stay ?

Your first post says you want your mom to help you to raise your child.

Short stay (TRV/visitor visa):
Stay of up to 6 months (if allowed by the officer at the POE). Extension is possible but multiple extensions may result in a refusal.
Your mom needs to prove she can afford the visit i.e. she has a good financial situation especially if you don't have a job + she has strong ties to return to her home country.

Long stay (super visa):
Stay of up to 2 years on the initial visit + extension possible for another 6 months
You need to meet LICO for 3 persons (including one NOA) + your mom must go through medicals + insurance coverage of CAD 100,000 per year

Thanks
Yes I want her to help raising my child as during the first period I will bw either in training or looking for a kob so i want her to cone to stay long periods like 6 months to one year

A long term visa is not possible. It will only be possible once you have a job that meets minimum income requirements so that you can bring her here on a super visa.

You would need to be careful about the words you choose when your mom applies.

'Help in raising your child' = Working illegally as a visitor = Possibility of a refusal

'Want her to stay for long periods' = Potential over stayer = Possibility of a refusal

IRCC will classify this as working.
