My mother is fighting with breast cancer metastatic and only given less than 2 months to live. I live in different province with my husband and kids and currently visiting my mother. My mother is loosing her sense and continuously memorizing her only sister who lives in different country . Can I Invite her to visit my mom ? Mom wana go back to home country but she is not in a state to travel anymore .
My aunt works but never married and no visit history and she never tried to apply for Canada. Doctors social workers are ready to provide supporting letter but I’m wondering should I try ? What are the chances ? I I’m not in a mental state to deal with anything stressful as I’m loosing my beloved mother and and my husband is not in my side and he is visiting his home country with his family which hurts more as i expected him to be my side during my difficult time.
Please suggest , I have no one in Canada apart my mom.
Thank you would really appreciate your kinds reply

So sorry for all you are going through. Your aunt can apply for a TRV under compassionate circumstances. Provide letter of invitation and doctor/social worker notes. Being so stressed and if your aunt is not able to apply on her own the consider hiring a licensed immigration consultant who can gather all the documents. Your aunt will have to provide bank statements, reasons to return etc. She needs to apply within the next couple of days.
