Hi everyone
Can I ask , How long it will take to receive AOR2 ?
As I applied for my spouse for sponsorship and received my email of VO transfer on 13th of December.
What will be the expected future steps ?

it is a long process , you never know with Cairo VO . i'm 10 months and 2 days since applied . Aor2 was received in May then in Aug Medical was done . ever since everything went on mute . heard with Cairo VO it can exceed the 12 months time frame

Hi!

This is for spousal sponsorship. Regarding the marriage certificate, I had the original translated at the Ministry of Justice. So, the original arabic certificate is stapled to the translation that was done. Please note that in the application it says to send a copy of the marriage certificate and not the original.

My question: Do I send the original that is stapled to the translation with the application? Or do I send a copy of the original and translation?

I know that the CIC needs only copies not the original documents, but because of the original certificate is stapled with the translated one, so you can’t remove it and You should send the original certificate with the translated one.
That was also my case and I sent the original certificate as I couldn’t remove the staples.

Pre-arrival services. 30/01/2020 ?? strange , never heard of Pre-arrival services before Medical . we are March 2019 and no one haven't received Pre - arrival yet .

sorry no one has received Pre - arrival yet . usually Pre - arrival yet means you are in the final step

I'm a March applicant too and I got my pre arrival letter before MR. The pre arrival letter is sent when PA pass eligibility.
